Our History and Team.
The Global Case Competition at Harvard brings together the best and the brightest minds around the world to solve a business case. Since its inception in 2016, the competition has attracted 1000+ teams (4100+ students) across the world to compete for a chance to win $10,000. The Global Case Competition at Harvard is jointly organized by the International Finance Student Association (IFSA) Network and the Harvard GSAS Business Club.
Founded in 2014 by Jules Maitrepierre, the International Finance Student Association (IFSA) found its home at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. Ever since its establishment in Rotterdam, the goal of IFSA has been to connect students from the best universities in the world and providing them with the required assistance to kickstart successful careers in finance and beyond. We have a large and growing network, with 18 chapters across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. You can find our chapters in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Columbia, India, and many more.
Harvard GSAS Business Club is a dedicated association that aspires to build and nourish a vibrant and connected community of graduate students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities in the business world. It offers a range of events and workshops around career development, networking and business education, enabling graduate students to establish a foothold and achieve their goals in the business world.
